How It Started
Nick's Tire and Auto opened its doors at 17625 Euclid Ave in Euclid, Ohio in 2018. The idea was simple — Cleveland needed an honest, fair-priced auto repair shop that treated customers like people, not transactions. Too many shops in the area were overcharging, upselling, and making car repair feel like a battle. We wanted to build the shop we would want to take our own cars to. Fair prices, transparent service, no games. The first year was tires and basic services. Word got around. Customers kept coming back and bringing their friends and family. Within a couple years, we expanded into full mechanical repair — brakes, diagnostics, engine work, suspension, and everything in between.
What We Stand For
Honesty first. If your car does not need a repair, we tell you. If a repair costs more than the car is worth, we tell you that too. We have talked customers out of repairs that would have been profitable for us but wasteful for them. That is not a business strategy — it is how we think business should work. Transparency means showing you the problem, explaining it in plain English, and giving you the price before we start. No surprises on the invoice. No hidden fees. No shop supplies markup that doubles the bill. Fair pricing means we charge enough to stay in business and pay our technicians well, but we do not gouge you because you do not know what a brake job should cost.

Who We Serve
Our customers are working people. Cleveland east siders commuting to jobs, parents shuttling kids, small business owners who depend on their vehicles, seniors on fixed incomes who cannot afford to be overcharged, and young drivers buying their first car and learning about maintenance. We serve customers from Euclid, East Cleveland, Collinwood, Glenville, University Circle, Cleveland Heights, South Euclid, Richmond Heights, Willoughby, Mentor, and everywhere in between. Some customers drive 30 to 40 minutes past other shops to come to us. That is the best compliment a business can get.
Open 7 Days a Week — Because Cars Break Down on Weekends
Most shops close at noon on Saturday and do not open Sunday. But cars do not know what day of the week it is. A tire goes flat on Saturday afternoon. Brakes start grinding on Sunday morning. The check engine light comes on when you are driving to church. We stay open 7 days a week because our customers need us 7 days a week. We know that taking a day off work for car repair is not an option for a lot of the people we serve. Weekend hours mean you can get your car fixed without losing a day's pay.

We are not trying to become a chain. We are not trying to franchise. We are trying to be the best single-location auto repair shop in Cleveland — the shop that everyone in the neighborhood knows by name and trusts completely.
