We don't replace what isn't broken
We test before we replace. If the part on your car still works, we say so — even when replacing it would make us money.
If we can't fix it, you don't pay
If we mis-diagnose and the issue isn't resolved, the diagnostic and repair are free. We eat the cost — it's our problem, not yours.
